KGB RETURNING VETERAN APPLICATION Remember when you join KGB it is the Human behind the Keyboard that becomes a Citizen, not just one character. You will again be expected to adhere to KGB's conduct code at all times with all characters. It is important to be aware of this fact before you begin this process. You should make sure to review the KGB 10 Commandments and BILL OF RIGHTS AND CONDUCT for amendments and possible changes.
