Due to the threat of enemy infiltration, this complex and rigorous application process has been developed. When you join PGC it is the Human behind the Keyboard that becomes a Citizen, not just one character. You will be expected to adhere to PGC's conduct code at all times with all characters. It is important to be aware of this fact before you begin this process. You may be questioned by the Chairman or PGC official and be asked to produce proof of the information you provide below. Please remember that this process is meant to curb enemy infiltration and is not meant to show a lack of trust or respect.
